Recently had an Audi Q7 here for brake issues and heres my experience. Independent garage could solve the problem, Audi had the car twice for a period of 8 weeks in total and still the brakes failed. (Cost £1500 not to resolve) then wanted an additional £4400 for new parts and labour. Decided to remove my vehicle and place with R-Tech. I was called daily with updates and emailed prices of parts and findings. My issue with the brakes has been resolved, they even MOT'd the car as it expired whilst broken down and came in a third of the price! Their knowledge, customer service and professionalism are second to none. The venue is spotless and I can't recommend this garage enough. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else ongoing.

Took car to rtec was quoted £1400 for clutch replacement when main dealership was only £900 and tried to say that brake fluid was at 4% when they had told me this previously 3 weeks earlier and was told they had sorted that previously and paid for already when I queried this they then said we didn't mean to put that on there absolute con artists any other garage will do same work for a lot cheaper! AVOID!
